How it works

   Email cs@lesstopy.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

   Include a photo of the opened product.

3. 3

   We process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

The details

• Applies to your first order only, one unit per customer, household, or shipping address.
• Opened product: no return needed — a photo is enough. Please dispose of it.
• Unopened units: we'll email you a prepaid return label. Bundle orders are refunded at the single-unit price, with the remaining amount refunded once the unopened units arrive at our warehouse.
• Return label costs are deducted from the refund.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order shipped free, actual shipping costs are deducted.
• Requests outside the 30-day window, repeat orders, and orders placed through third-party sellers are not covered.
• We reserve the right to decline requests that show signs of abuse.
